【Overseas Order Information】

▶ Please read the relevant information carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

▶ Payment for Overseas Orders

Our shopping cart currently accepts credit card payments.

If you would like to pay via Alipay, please contact us through the 【Customer Service】, or email us at service@g77shop.com .

⚠️ Note on Combined Orders:
For gifts that are limited to one per order, if multiple orders are combined, only one gift will be provided in total and additional gifts will not be included.
Whether to combine orders is entirely up to you. However, please note that after combining, gifts marked “limited to one per order” will still be given only once, not in multiples.

▶ Shipping Fees

• Hong Kong / Macau:
  All parcels are shipped via SF Express freight collect (shipping fee to be paid to the courier upon delivery).

• Other countries / regions:
  After you place your order, we will calculate the shipping fee for you (this may take about 1–3 business days).
  Once the shipping fee is updated on your order, you will be able to proceed with payment.

▶ Shipment Tracking

1. Once your order has been shipped, the order status will be updated, and a notification email will be sent from 「no-reply@g77shop.com」.
   Please note that subsequent shipping updates will not be displayed in our system.

2. Once an airmail parcel sent via Chunghwa Post leaves Taiwan, please track it through the postal service website of the destination country or region.

3. For the relevant tracking website, please refer to “Links to Frequently Used Foreign Postal Tracking Services” on this page.

▶ Important Notes for Overseas Orders

1. Shipping fees are collected in advance.
   Overpaid shipping will not be refunded, and any shortage will not be collected separately.

2. Because of the long-distance international shipping, minor cosmetic flaws or damage to the outer packaging may still occur, even when we use cartons and bubble wrap.
   Please consider carefully before placing your order.

3. If your parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for both the return shipping fee and the cost of reshipping.
   We are unable to provide refunds for the products.

4. If, after we notify you of a returned parcel, you do not complete the payment for the necessary shipping fees within 30 days, we will regard the goods as abandoned and they will be disposed of.
