郵政寄件/宅配配送不成功遭退回Returned Packages Due to Failed Delivery
若是正常出貨的貨件被退回。
買家需再支付運費，我們才會協助原件再出貨(不會協助重新包裝)。
若是有被郵局/黑貓宅配收取退回的運費，也需要一同進行補款。
我們無法提供訂單退款，若是通知日起14天內未進行補運費，將視同放棄貨件，不再協助處理。
提醒：若是貨件被郵局招領中但無法於營業時間到郵局取件，可自行向郵局申請改投24小時的i郵箱，相關申請請見郵局官方說明。
If a shipped package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, the buyer will be required to pay the shipping fee again before we can resend the original parcel. Please note that we will not repack the items.
If the Post Office charges a return shipping fee, this cost must also be paid together with the reshipping fee.
We are unable to provide order refunds in this situation. If the required shipping fees are not paid within 14 days from the date of notice, the package will be considered abandoned and no further assistance will be provided.
