社團登錄作品說明Circle Consigned Works Guidelines
※登錄前務必請先詳閱【委託代理銷售條款】，登錄作品即表示已同意內容條款。
※本平台需由社團註冊後，自行登錄作品，作品才會上架於本平台販售。合作中的作者，可參考本公告內容。
【作品登錄】
- 需完成【帳戶資訊】填寫，請以收款帳戶資料填寫。
- 需於【社團管理】登錄至少一個社團資料。
- 以上完成後即可至【作品管理】開始登錄作品。
作品類上方有「同人誌」和「周邊」類別可選擇。- 同人誌：只要是刊物書籍，請都選擇同人誌填寫資料。
- 周邊：非刊物書籍則統一選擇周邊填寫資料。
- 作品登錄後，即可進行入庫或是預購的申請。
作品的登錄／修改皆會於 1～3 個工作天進行審核。 - 若是已入庫且仍有庫存販售中的作品，不用再申請入庫。
我們審核時，會自動協助更新後台庫存並安排作品上架。 - 我們目前作品皆會同步上架蝦皮賣場販售，委託售價會增加平台的手續費。(我們會協助計算，社團不用自行設定)
若是社團不希望上架蝦皮，可於申請委託時於備註說明。
Circle Consigned Works Guidelines
※Before submitting your Consigned Works, please read the Creator Consignment & Agency Terms. Submitting an artwork indicates that you agree to all terms.
Submission Steps
- Complete your Account Information using your payment/receiving account details.
- Register at least one circle profile under Circle Manager.
- After completing the above steps, you may submit your works in Products Management.
Choose a category at the top of the submission page:- Doujinshi: For all book-format works. As long as it is a book, please select Doujinshi.
- GOODS: Select this for all non-book items.
- After submission, you may apply for inventory intake or pre-order setup.
Submissions and edits will be reviewed within 1–3 business days. - If the artwork is already in stock and still available for sale, no additional intake request is required.
Once approved, the system will automatically update inventory and publish the listing. - Currently, all consigned works will also be listed on our Shopee store.
The consignment retail price will include the platform handling fees, which we will calculate on your behalf. Circles do not need to set this separately.
If you do not wish for your works to be listed on Shopee, please note this in the remarks section when submitting your consignment request.
